FNB offers NO customer service

I have opened an account for my 3 yr old son, a Fluid account. I have had NOTHING but problems from the start. There was a complaint registered JUST TO COLLECT THE CARD! Now that I have managed to get that. I see there is a monthly fee deducted, which, for more than 1 reason should not be there! So I register yet another complaint on their website, which promises feedback "within 24hrs business hours". That was 27/08, I am still waiting for ANY kind of feedback. There hasn't been an email, not even a voicemail message!
FNB Self-Help is fantastic, make no mistake. Heaven help you if you need to actually deal with them in person, you WILL be unsuccessful, guaranteed! The complaint reference is 2LKTZI67.
I work in a call centre & can't always answer my phone due to obvious reasons. This does not mean my email doesn't work, nor my voicemail. You should try it some time!
