I recently had a look at my policy and saw 2 things that shocked me.
- my excess went from R1500 to R3000 without my knowledge, i then called and changed it back to R1500 and obviously my premium going up.
- i then noticed that only 1 car has car hire loaded on, i have 2 cars. I advised the consultant when i took out the policy that both cars should have care hire. It makes no sense to only have car hire on 1 car.
When i called the second time to find out about the car hire, the consultant was dumb founded, i then asked for a supervisor or manager but waited for more than 10min. I dropped the call.
This is the second time that miway has given me grief and i am tired of this.
My car has been hit by hail and when i give it in i will have no car to use.
This is not customer service and miway is doing things their way over and over.
