My younger brother go and visit FNB bank on the 30th of august 2013 to cancel his investment account and he was waiting for the money to his account like they did on july when he withdraw the money from same account to his surprice the money is not in till today, and when i fone fnb they told me that he never cancelled his account. the reason he was there was to cancel it cause he needed the money. i spoke to the manager but he cant help he told me that he doesnt have the record of him cancelling the account. and what worries me is he need that money and he cant go back to the bank they only allow him to go out of the base once a month he is working under defence force and he is still on training. please can anyone help me with this one. ill put his id
