I received a call at 11:25 today just to be told that WesBank has handed my account over for an account that was paid in Full in 2012 already.
The call died and I received NO call back from the agent at CreditWorx leaving me extremely confused and irritated.. After numerous attempts at getting their number off of Google I managed to get them from the Hello Peter website. They NEVER answer their calls and it keeps going to a voice mail!! I am extremely ANGRY!!
I want them to sort this out IMMEDIATELY... The Account was paid in FULL in 2012.
