Ping pong with my Cashback (denting my profile)

On the 24th of December i was involved in an accident, the matter was settled after about 7/8 weeks in my favour then asked one of the agents if my cash back bonus was not going to be affected i was told No.

Later on i phoned to in quire about something (insure another car) and i also asked about my cash back was told the i don't have it anymore .i then laid a Complaint for them to investigate and again it was reinstated in my favour.

some times last week i got a call from Theason saying that third party is claiming against my policy so am going to lose my cash back? Am asking myself don't we investigate First before we settle matters? and what is this ping pong with my cashback.

According to Theason I could't proof that I tried to avoid the Accident how could I, go thought the report and tell me if you were going to? unless if you can fly

Having being speaking to more than 10 people have realised that they is no standardization and am taking this matter furthe
