POOR MANAGEMENT

I had 12 bank accounts with Nedbank. After I went to my "banker" Trinco Lups and showed him 8 emails that I send to his assistant Estelle Davids, where she blatandly ignored my request / passed it on I closed 3 accounts. I asked him if someone else can handle my account, I was told it is not possible. In November 2012 I requested from Estelle that the deduction on my one overdraft should stop until April 2013, I was told this is taken care of, only to find again she blatandly. I called Trinco informing him about this and was told that this request is not as easy as Estelle said " Yes the request is done". Again I was very very dissapointed as I feel Nedbank must be accountable for their staff. I have email proof of ALL of this.
I told Trinco I will be closing the other 9 accounts shortly and no appology of any kind was given to me. One of my debit orders were returned as a result of this, nobody could care less...

I am a accountant an refer my clients to " the best bank" when they ask me. You have my word NEDBANK is the last bank I will promote and I will do everything in my little capacity to warn my clients against NEDBANK.
