I have on numerous occasions sent a request via email (as listed on their letters sent to me) : [Email Removed] for a statement for the period 2011 to CURRENT to be emailed to my
email address : [Email Removed]
To date I have not received ANYTHING!! How can be keep on paying our accounts if we are not
even afforded the simple courtesey of a monthly statement. They deem it fair to send me threatening letters but not a statement. I will not pay towards an account that I cannot see what the amount due or simply the
total outstanding balance is.
I have subsequently reported them to the NCRegulator and urge all other customers to do the same.
This is a DIRECT quote on their website about their core values :

They are NOT reliable, they are NOT committed to client service and they are NOT responsible in dealings with the public, especially in my instance!!
