Extremely poor service

I am so disappointed in the level of service IEMAS provides. I would not recommend them to any person. The worst thing is that they did exactly the same thing to me twice. Incorrect settlement letters, incorrect vehicle details, misleading comments and promises, no communication what so ever if I did not phone them I would not get any service at all.
