Me and my friend were on the q downstairs, waiting to pay (for The Hobbit movie), we were the only ones for that moment. Now there was one client who was being helped on the machine by the SK Assistant, then when the Assistant finished he continued with other business, and we patiently wait to be called forward. As he was about to leave i approached him, and advised that we need to pay. Then he was like, i dont do payments, dont you know that you pay upstairs the machines are not working here. I was like why didnt you tell us this before as we saw you helping the client who just left. He was like you should learn to ask instead of just standing there and he walked away without even directing us! Unfortunately i didnt manage to get his name as he had no name tag on. Are the clients now too much that they can afford to be so rude?? Are we witches who have premonitions about SK pay machines wont be working today? They couldnt even put a banner or post to say PLEASE PAY UPSTAIRS. Its a small issue, but courtesy goes a long way
