I have attempted to activate or register online however everytime i did attempt i was given an error it was not accepting the code i put in after the 3rd attempt i was told to contact the helpline and did so however only to listen to this voice prompts giving information that if they assis twith the activation/registration i will be billed R50.00 i am a new FNB client who moved decided to move from STD bank to FNB after 17years only to find out to recieve first time assistance you get billed which is pathetic. please can someone contact me to get this sorted out without me being billed.
