I sent a mail to Policy Services on the 18th of July cancelling my policy, stating that I got a better premium with MiWay. On the 19th I got a reply stating that my cancellation has been escalated. On the 26th I got a mail with a counter premium offer to which I again replied to say A&G should cancel my policy.
My account was debited for the August premium yesterday.
I then phoned the call-centre, provided all my details, was told the cancellation request was captured and that the issue would be escalated and I would be phoned back.
I've not had a call back. Please urgently refund the August payment.
