On hold 10 MIN and incorrect sms's

I have received an SMS from FNB advising that my account is in excess, i transfered R5000.00 yesterday from savings account into the checque account and then spent R4000 odd amount and a beauty expo,

now how can my account be in excess, go onto fmb online and the R5000 i transfered from my FNB savings account into my cheque account should be done instantly, for the R4000 i spent yesterday sms's were sent to me, to find out that my account is in excess??? please, take the time to explain this to me??

oh, by the way on hold now for more that 15 MIN, tell me is this service?

i have been a loyal customer of you for some time now,

i NEED FEEDBACK ASAP, THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!
