After receiving an updated coversheet that read " The total Monthly debit amount reflected on your Coversheet has been adjusted to R1, 047.21" from R879 I was pretty shocked and ready to cancel the policy. I called in and spoke to Rerang who referred me to Gathatso (Senior manager). After half an hour of negotiations the premium was adjusted to R870. I have been waiting for the documents for a while and finally today I spoke to Pamela who sent me the updated coversheet. Thank you Pamela for reassuring me that the policy was updated and there were attempts to send the documents on two occasions. I am a happy client once again.
