Unfair Default listing

I recently got a copy of my credit report and on it I realised that Standard Bank had a default listing for my Prestige Cheque Account (253211689). I don't remember receiving a letter as per section 129 of the NCA notifying me of such an action pending against my name giving me enough time to rectify my account or to respond. I also don't understand as to what constituted a default in this instance. My ID No is
