Ever since the new website has been put into place the overdraft application has not been working correctly. I've tried from both the online banking while logged in and from the sales section. Both times it will either not pull through any of my account numbers or it will have my account numbers but none of my other details, thereby not allowing me to proceed with the application.
I have filed numerous complaints with FNB regarding this since the inception of the new website and they have all gone unanswered and the problem has still not been fixed.
