I claimed for an accident - which they approved and sent my car to their panel beaters who damaged my car - They kept my car for 2 months and the car refused to work - they then declined all claims saying that i am responsible for the fixing of my own car thereafter. I refused to accept that they did not pay me out and am sitting with a broken vehicle more than 1 year late
