Hello Service Department
Please could you confirm that once the level of service degrades in the premier banking suite it continues on a downward spiral until you have to consider prestige from standard bank or private clients at nedbank or another finanial institution.
Yesterday I dealt with a lady named victoria who was assisting activate my card as I was unable to do so at the branch or online . and she got hold of somebody who could assist she confirmed to both myself and victoria that this would be done. A day later this was not done. Its been done today by myself online.
What i need to know why do i need to pay so much for such shocking service, instead of getting a normal account cheap and use the branch at this rate i obtain better service from the branch than personal banking which is already costing over the odds
This service costs me money every month I am not at liberty to waste money on a service where I am not getting value...
This is not the only complaint, most of them have been sent to your complaints department who have not adequately dealt with them.
There is also the issue of incorrect settlement balance.
