Absa
Letter Head Wrong information

I went to Absa Goldman Street Florida on the day of 21 January 2013, and ask for a letter, that I am with ABSA, my account ect.

The letter Read first the date 21 January 2013, then my adres.

then it starts with DEAR MR Andre Johnson (which is wrong, because i must give a employer proof of banking details, according to my knowlege it must read TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.)

Then the account holder is a Mr PW Brown, so absa decided to give me a new name and sir name with out my permission, so they pretend to be HOME - AFFAIRS, THAT IS THE IDEA I GOT THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL, BUT IT IS SIGN OF BY A MANAGER, HE IS SUPPOSSED TO CHECK IT BUT JA GOT IT IS QUICKER TO JUST SIGN AND GET IT OUT OF THE WAY.
