I am again not happy with what I am seeing. I am currently abroad working. I logged into my online banking to get my account details to transfer money from my Thai bank account. Now again I see a negative amount for MTN after I put a stop order on that account. This is now the second time I have to complain about this. The first time it was sorted out and they assured me that it will not happen again. Well looks like it did.
If it is not sorted out by Monday afternoon then I would like my account to be cancelled or frozen!!
