Last week I posted a complaint about Vodacom. That very same day a very helpful and friendly agent called me back and in less than ten minutes, my complaint was sorted out. She promised to mail me on Monday to confirm that everything has been sorted.

She phoned me on the Monday and confirmed that the query was sorted and all charges has been reversed. So thank you for getting back to me so soon and sorting out my problem in the same day.
