My RCS card was somehow copied and used without my knowledge, and as soon as i got the SMS that the card was used i phoned RCS card division, submitted my affidavid, and now almost 1.5 months later, they, RCS, are still doing nothing and expect me to pay for the fraululent transaction, and my calls to their call centre, faxes to their line goes nowhere.
