I registered for U count rewards in Aug 2013 and received my card shortly after, but up to now I have not received any points at all. After numerous phone calls (at least six) I was informed every time that there is a problem merging my accounts and every time I'm assured it will be sorted within two weeks or the end of the month or by the end of next week etc etc etc. After my last call mid last month I was AGAIN assured that it will be sorted by end Dec and I will get all my points as of date of registration. Alas, nothing, nada, bokkeroll, niksnie. Now THAT is beyond pathetic
