I am not happy with ABSA at all, if you don't pay them they will haunt you like but after you have paid them you must do all the calling or mailing to them. I receive I wonderful service from Phumela from recoveries. I had to settle my account which I didn't with her and she referred me to email my settlement letter to this email address" [Email Removed] and they will update my details but they are not responding nor reading my email. So I want to know how long will this UPDATING info will take. Because I need to apply for a car finance and its blocking my chances. Some assistance will be highly appreciated
