It has been 5 times in the past month i have been to the FNB atm at Carlswald to do a atm deposit and there are no envolopes, I have to go next door to NEDBANK and ask them for a envolope. Why does FNB promote a service but cant actually deliver. I have previously complained about the same issue. Its patetic that FNB is on such a service drive that they forget to forfill their promisers.
