Cloned card - no assistance from FNB

I am in Mumbai at the moment. I woke up to find that transactions on my card that took place on 23.01.2013 (after my date of departure) in South Africa. I have the credit card with me, so it would appear that it was cloned. I phoned the call centre twice this morning, not cheap from Mumbai, but got transferred no less that five times the first time and the second time the line just went dead. it would appear as if I was "not at the correct department" each time that the phone was answered! It does not appear as if they are intent on stopping any further transactions and I don't know what more I can do. I do intend taking up the expense for these calls up with FNB when I am back in South Africa.
