INCOMPETENCE APATHY

On Mon morn 26 Aug I went into the TableView FNB at Bayside. I rarely go into the bank since I use internet banking. I was assisted by a bank employee who logged into my banking app on her computer and printed my archived statements. During this time if I remember correctly my card was used for obtaining the card nr or something. There was some commotion about the printer and this took a while. In this time I noticed suspicious persons concealing something queueing next to me. Scared it might be a I kept an eye on them and saw one handing a gold cheq card just like mine over the service counter. I cant recall the exact sequence of events 100% but eventually I left with statements and my card and apparently they logged out of my internet banking profile.
Mon 26 Aug 12:51 I received an inContact SMS stating a purchase from shoprite of R1032.89. After being dazed and confused about the matter I phoned the fraudline who implied it might be an SMS error.?!?

USELESS!

Afterwards I set my limits to R1000
Tue 27 Aug 13:30 ish another 2 SMS came R 830.54 and R166.11. I phone frauddept, cancelled my services.
Suddenly they knew that all 3 trans went to UGANDA?!

Still no word
