After settling my vehicle in full on 26 July, MFC did not close my account and as a result my account was debited for my paid off vehicle again on 28 Aug. I called on 29Aug and Nicolien Potgieter promised that the money would be refunded same day. However this hasn't happened.
This morning Gladson Masinge from the call center would not transfer my call to Legal until checking every part of my account. and then proceded to cut me off!!
Very upset and still waiting for my refund. This is, and I am paying the price for your Admin error. Frankly I am not surprised considering the rude inefficient staff working for you!
