I had got my wife a box of roses along with a teddy luckily for no special occasion but problems from the get go!
the box was delivered damaged and no teddy
a return was made with a replacement box and teddy but yet again no teddy, the teddy was set to be delivered later that day but never did so it was for the next day which also never happened
a full delivery with flowers and teddy was then given complimentary but guess what? we received nothing (7 working days)

how can you rely on such a terrible service for a special occasion
we pay according to there specs to have things done on time but its up anyway
