Claim 104577542-Teddy Dlepu.

Teddy ignores my email requesting progress about my claim. My car was towed to the assessment yard nearly a week ago. No news about it from OUTSurance. This is really bad service.

In the mean time I have to struggle without a car.

It seems OUTSurance is in no rush to help me.
