No feed back regarding my lost Identity Document

Hello Peter
On the 22-08-13 I went o FNB Randburg Square to open an account, my identity document was miss placed by the consultant who was assisting me. The consultant advised he will call me by monday to give me feed back like he promised he did call but at 16h30 to give feedback, he advised my ID was nowhere to be found. I did explain that I was on maternity leave I need my ID to claim my Unemployment Insurance Fund at Dept. of Labour and I am going to need the ID, I also explained that I cannot be running around doing all that because I am due to give birth any day. Despite all that no one has made efforts to contact me to give me a solution on what to do. As you know in South Africa Identity is possible am afraid my ID will land in wrong hands and no one will be accountable for that. I have reported this to FNB Head Office no one cared to get back to me, even the branch Manager is aware of this case. All i want is my ID or they will have to take go to the SAPS to report it
and take me to the Dep.of Home Affairs for me to apply for a new ID as Iexplained I am highly expecting my child will be born and I will not be able to register for a birth certificate.
