A fax containing private information was sent to my place of work. I am out on the road and never near the fax machine. So the fax that was sent could be viewed by anyone. I only recieved the fax in January, I find this to be unethical and a breach in confidentiality. I accept that the fax has a disclaimer, but this does not stop anyone from reading a private fax pertaining to my policy
