I instated an insurance policy for my car and home with Alexandra Forbes in April of this year. Since having Philani as my service consultant I have nothing but good things to say about Alexandra Forbes. since instating my policy, I have had several interaction with Philani where I sometimes thought that he surely considers me one of those "annoying" customers, and yet he has never made me feel so. He is always willing to listen and go the extra mile even when I phone him more than once a day. He never shows irritation and still addressed me in a professional manner. Recently, my car was involved in 2 separate accidents, one of which was due to a third party's fault. Having had issues trying to claim back from the third party, I called Philani, yet again, and he calmly advised me to submit the claim through my own insurance and he would ensure that this is claimed from the third party. He stood by me through the entire process of claiming (both incidents) and went the extra mile whenever I had issues, especially related to my policy and the excess therein. Philani deserves to be recognised for represting the Alexandra Forbes brand in such a client-centered and professional manner.
