Remove Judgement on my name

I have 3 accounts with African Bank which I have been paying since taken without fail and early this when I was gonna go on UNPAID MATERNITY the contact centre 2 ask the solution as I wasnt gonna afford the installments without a salary, was told to write a letter, attach letter from employer and id and email it which I did on the 14th Feb, followed up by call on 21/27 by email. On 28 Feb, I went to Midrand store to ensure if it was done. I was told it was sorted and when I was on maternity leave I was harrased with phonecalls daily requesting payment. Upon my return to work I resumed paying for all the accounts and one I am done paying for and will finishing off the other soon. I was shocked to learn that I have been listed with ITC for non-payment as I have resumed paying in June already. I have been trying to contact their service centre to no avail. I am very upset by this as I followed the proper procedures and now I am unable to purchase essential things because of this judgement. African Bank staff doesnt understand the rights of the consumer. I have kept records of emails, letters and phone statements to show I made contact on time. I will be forced to take this furthe
