On the onset i would like to state that i am not a client of Direct Axis, however on 25 Jul 13 i received a statement which was address to a Mr Naicker (postal code) 3610. I e-mailed the address on the statement to inform them that i am in possession of personal information of Mr Naicker. I received no reply and on 24 Aug 13, i received another statement. With me having access to Mr Naicker's personal information is in contravention of the protection of personal information bill, which Direct Axis is blatently transgressing and not even taking responsibility for it. I dont want to publish Mr Naicker's account number or address online. Please have your records updated?
