I am a very unhappy customer. I reported to your branch in Pretoria 3 weeks ago about my money which was taken from my account without my authorisation. I was informed that I would be contacted for further information. None of this was done. I had to make a call, after which I was given a reference number 6879347 and told that someone would get back to me. Yes, I was called but only to be told that someone else would call me. This did not happen. I called again today and got another reference number 6898953 and again told that someone will call me. How many reference numbers am I going to get. I honestly suspect an inside job here because no one at this point has been able to tell me how my money was taken. 3 weeks and no word but only promises and further promises. Where is your customer service???
