We have received such a bad service from Anderson insurance. My cousin RH Phalane lodged a claim with them and it was approved and they asked her to pay the R 8, 000.00 excess into their accounts - it's almost 3 weeks the money its in their account. They don't provide feedback to my cousin. When a is called the Panel beaters VDS they said they already send the invoice for payment to the insurer on the 03rd of December. When I called them last week Thursday they promised that they will transfer the money into the P/Beaters account on Friday. Called the vds and spoke with Inid 011 766 1171 and she said the money it's not in their account. We have a comprehensive cover with Car hire and my cousin was not given the car and she is still struggling until today. The P beaters are closing this Friday and what will happen- I have asked them those questions but there is no responding to my emails. Please help sort out this query- That R 8, 000.00 could have generated and interest at the bank unlike generating and interest for the company.
