Hi,
I phoned in to put in a claim for my vehicle. Jathin sent me an sms of the place I had to send my vehicle to be assessed. I had it assessed on the 16/11/13 at 10:30. since that day I have received nothing form Jathin to say when and where my vehicle will be to be fixed and I haven't received any quote and now it is already the 27th November. I am so busy as it is so I don't see why I have to do phone and follow up and do their job for them!
A whole week has passed and not one piece of information has been sent to me. I just wish Outsurace put as much effort in their customer service as they do with their advertising!!
