I am sorry, But I have to tell you of my total dissatisfaction with Ned bank service, as yet again this month my account was debited twice.
This 3rd months and unfortunately I have reached my patience threshold. As this cost me in calling your help desk. Staying on-line for 30 min explaining the issues and getting refunds issue.
I am totaly dissatisfied with Nedbank and will be looking for a new bank
