Poor financial advise leaves me in lurch

I had an application for a bond submitted to Nedbank and due to change payment dates for my commission, I requested to apply for a personal loan to bridge the gap until I had received my commission and my cash flow was healthy again.

I was advised to hold-off with the personal loan application until I had heard about the bond. While following this advise, my cash flow which I was trying to address with the personal loan ran short and two debit orders were returned on my account.

As a result, the personal loan application was declined!! I came to the bank proactively to address the situation, but due to the fact that they made me wait and debit orders were returned, I was left without access to loan and an apparently poor conduct on my account - but it was THEIR ADVISE!

Now, still within the same month, while trying to juggle the cash flow with the accounts so that I can get through until that commission payment, when I called after the waiting period to re-apply for the loan, some accounts and a momentary negative balance (as I was literally juggling money due to the above) and now the loan has been declined for a further 30 days! Help me please!
