On the 30th of September 2013 I called 086001321 to make an appointment with my Prestige Banker. I was booked for the 1st of October 2013 at Westville which is my branch and the gentleman I spoke to made an appointment with Lucia Behr whom I was comfortable to see because I had a bad experience with her. I then asked if I could be given someone else and he said NO, there is noway I can be give someone else since that was my branch. I then accepted that. On the 1st of October 2013, I drove straight to Westville branch and only to find that Lucia Behr was on leave, and I was so disappointed that the person who was making my appointment does not check people's diaries. I then asked the lady who was standing in for Lucia and she refused because she did not receive an appointment from anyone. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED, AND IT WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND IT IS BECOMING THE HABIT WITH STANDARD BANK. THE SERVICE THAT I AM RECEIVING LATELY... IS SO DISGUSTING, CONSIDERING THE ONES THAT I DO NOT REPORT...:-(
