I recently contacted FNB, in order for them to assist me regarding Financial Planning. Through my Premier Banker, Mr. Samuel Maabane, I was brought in touch with Premier Wealth Planner, Mr. Joseph Chen.

I just wish to commend Mr. Joseph Chen for his sound professional and knowledgeable engagement he had with me. What was so remarkable was the fact that this was not a telephone FNB client engagement, but a face to face client engagement that made me feel what the FNB slogan "How can we Help You" had exactly accomplish, and for that I will always "CHERISH".
