THEY MY MONEY!!!

I have a loan and credit card with African Bank.
My salary date is the LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH.
On Friday, 23 August 2013 I released money from my Savings account to my Cheque account. African Bank debited both these accounts. In result, I could not go to a wedding, NOR COULD I GO TO A DOCTOR, WHICH I DESPERATELY NEEDED!!!
That was MY money, NOT THEIRS to take. It is Wednesday, 28 August 2013 already, and I have STILL NOT BEEN REFUNDED!!!
