I am utterly appalled at the services rendered by FNB, they cannot assist you in a direct manner unless they are behind a desk telling you about their new services yet they fail to back up the initial documentation that you had to go through to open an account through them and all they say is sorry we don't have any documentation for you, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU, they should change their motto to SORRY WE CANNOT HELP YOU even though you have been banking with us for some time. Not to mention that they change their tariffs and remove certain services from your monthly bank charges and forget to inform their 'loyal' customers about these changes!
