I WANT MY F@#%& money now

I got a call from Clientele beginning of DECEMBER 2012, regarding my savings policy that has matured, they emailed me the application form and i did what i asked to do and returned the forms together with necessary documents, that was last year DECEMBER (14th).

I then made a followup call on the 4th of JANUARY 2013, n i was told that they were processing it, and i was told to resend the id copies and i did on the 9th Of JanWorry, and now when i call TODAY IM TOLD THAT I NEED TO RESEND THE ID COPIES COS THE ONE THEY HAVE IS NOT CERTIFIED, THIS IS BECAUSE I SENT THE CERTIFIED COPIES.

INITIALLY I WAS TOLD THAT THE PROCESS TAKES 8DAYS, CLIETEL MY CHANGE THEIR F@#%& NAME TO CONTELE, COS CLEARLY THEY CONS, I WANT MY MONEY AND IM NOT PREPARED TO WAIT 8MORE DAYS
