Friendly service

Came in was greeted by the security guard who greeted me by my name knew who I was. The Motor Assessor came through and greeted me, offered me beverages and biscuits. He inspected my car thoroughly and explained the whole process to me regarding the quotes, parts, the company with whom the repairs will take place and the length of time the assessment would take. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and efficient thus far.
