Don't they want any business?

I have been trying to contact Nedbank regarding a 2nd homeloan.
On the 15th July, my contact (Bronson Weir) for the first homeloan said Yusuf would contact me in this regard, emailing us both, and asking Yusuf to contact me.
I have had no contact from either Bronson or Yusuf since that email, despite sending them numerous emails.
Are they that busy that would simply turn down new business?
It's easy for me, I will just go to another bank, and consider refinancing my 1st homeloan through that new bank. Why should I deal with this pathetic service.
