I phoned to add my husbands new motorcycle and after some calls wanted to take it off again because of the premium. Aadila helped and explained every single thing on the policy to me. AFter this was finalized I asked her about my vehicle that I did sent in the inspection form but keep on getting reminders that they have not received it. She went all the way with no trouble and fixed the problem for me, she even phoned me back to insure me that all has been finalized and I will not ever get the sms again.
