Good day

I have been a long standing Standard bank customer and never had any real issues with my bank, my husband and I are busy buying a house and we did our application through standard bank and when they came back to us after a couple of days stating we have been approved for a 90% bond although we were first time home owners.

I was not to happy with that and called the Home Loans division myself for an explanation, I spoke to 2 different consultants that tried their best to explain the reason for the 90% but I still wasn't happy, I then spoke to Roxanne Hydes who was very helpful and picked up what the problem was and arrange for the application to be re-looked at.

My husband then sent an email to the director of Home Loans Roland Witham for assistance in speeding up the process as we needed this sorted out before out offer to purchased expired on the 02/09/2013.In no time the application was approved at not just 100% but 104%.

This has been the best turn around time and service I ever received with any company. I would like to thank both Roxanne and Roland for their excellent customer service and u have just made a customer for life.
