I have been told that my provident fund withdrawal application will take up to 6 weeks maximum, I've been waiting for 9 weeks now and no one at PSG got back to me. My previous employer told me on several occasions that I need to take this matter up with the fund provider which is PSG Konsult, I've send an email to [Email Removed] >>> got a reply from Mr Waynand Botes sending me back to my previous employer, because I couldn't be assisted >> My previous employer asks me to contact PSG Konsult on 0800 551 552 (Where I spoke to Nuraan and was promised a call back with an answer, but this never happened). All I need to know is "WHEN WILL MY FUNDS BE IN MY ACCOUNT!? "... I've been helped quite promptly by much smaller companies with situations much more complicated than this simple issue; Or will I also end up like many others that have been waiting for Years!! SERVICE is what makes a company good and expands business opportunities. PSG Konsult is Pathetic and doesn't have a clue about SERVICE
