FNB Law on Call.1 month no call back

I spoke to reshika around the 24 July 2013. She was meant to get someone to call me back to advise me regarding compensation for my car being at GM for about a month. I waited patiently and its now 2 months later and I have no car and no call back from the legal service. Why am I paying FNB law on call when they cant assist me. Its a waste of my money. They have no interest in assisting you as a client. When you phone them they always tell you why you don't have a case instead of assisting you to build your case. This way they don't have to spend any money. Seems like this law on call is a waste of money as I cant seem to find any success stories. Please get someone to call me to cancel my service. Pathetic FNB... would rather go to Steve's bank
